East Coast Cat

Poor SQUEAKIE was dumped on the doorstep at Animal's Can't Talk along with a note explaining her plight. She belonged to an elderly gentleman, and when he died his family threw SQUEAKIE out on the street. Fortunately a kindly neighbor took her in, but the resident cats didn't like SQUEAKIE, and once again she was homeless. Despite this experience she's amazingly mellow. Please won't you give SQUEAKIE another chance at happiness? This large, and beautiful tuxedo is sweet and gentle and deserves better out of life. Squeakie is an adult, female, spayed cat and is up to date on all of her vaccines. For more information on Squeakie or other cat's available at this shelter, check out the Animal's Can't Talk Website:

Hurricane Katrina Animals Need Homes.

This dog is "Katrina #4" and needs lots of love and support after his family and home was taken away from him during the hurricane. He was flown along with several other animals from Louisiana to Los Angeles in hopes of finding a new permanent family or even a temporary foster home until his family can be located/ get back on their feet. He is a male Shar-Pei mix and seems very sweet. You can visit him at the Inland Valley Humane Society: http://www.ivhsspca.org/
If you aren't interested in him but still would like to help, their are several other dogs and cats from Louisiana that need permanent and/or foster homes. Check out this website for more information:
